Seventh annual Cherry Blossom Kite Festival
come open the season at The Mizumoto Japanese Stroll Garden.
11 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 27.
It's located at the Nathanael Greene/Close Memorial Park.
Admission to the festival is free for all ages. Bring a kite or a limited quantity of kite-making kits will be available for $3.
Limited Japanese snack food items will also be available for sale, oh joy oh joy!!!
