In my views graduation is good but not necessarily a requirement to make it through. If one can prove he or she can do the job. However the Corp structure and the system is not quite designed to accept that. It calls academic prejudice.

Education is important, but not all can go and even if they do go they cannot finish due to many issues. It is good to know that just because you don't go doesn't mean you can't be.
