I'll confess up front that Alex is a good friend of a good friend of mine. We've consumed wine in the same kitchen once or twice, is all I'm saying. Still, I was turned onto her LiveJournal years ago, and was always envious of her natural sense of style. She has an amazing knack for pairing luxury brands (Miu Miu seems to be a favorite) with vintage (mostly bags) and pieces from inexpensive big box retailers (Old Navy or Target). She always manages to look like she had SO MUCH FUN getting dressed in the morning.
In addition to fashion stuff -- What I Wore is just one section of her blog -- she posts cool designy stuff, like vintage children's books or photography.
