That's right...
most Japanese people are tired of non-Japanese run sushi establishments bastardizing our food.
None of this California Roll nonsense...
Any establishment that serves either a California Roll or an Alaska Roll (I mean who puts cream cheese in sushi??? that is so unJapanese) needs to be tagged.

yes but its call customers who come into a sushi restaurant demanding something cooked... knowing full well that sushi is raw fish...
trust me, sushi chefs dont want to make you a silly california roll or even a philly roll but rather have you eat some good old fashion sushi.. but noooo.. the trendy must eat what they are told and maki rolls are all the rage.
