Behind the Burner makes my mouth water. I can't believe all the recipes and the easy step by step process so I do it right in my home. I love it. I've tried so many now that I am cutting back on eating out.

They have useful videos, the other day I saw one where they stunned an octopus and shared a recipe for do it yourself gourmet cooking at home. I will be checking back with Behind the Burner for tips, tricks, and techniques from the culinary experts

I just checked it out and they have a video from the Italian chef who brought panna cota to the U.S. One of my favorite desserts! I can't wait to try the recipe.
