Buddy the cat sits atop a utility pole, where he remained for hours yesterday afternoon before being rescued by someone with a 40-foot ladder. Owner Crystal D. LaFlash tried to talk Buddy down and to entice him with food, but he wouldn't come down. “He likes the scenery,” Ms. LaFlash said.
