From Here to Awesome 23 items | updated Nov 11 2009

FHTA was founded by DIY filmmaking pioneers Lance Weiler (The Last Broadcast, Head Trauma), Arin Crumley (Four Eyed Monsters), and M dot Strange (We Are The Strange).

The festival’s goal is to create a direct connection between filmmaker and audience by putting the programming of the festival directly into the hands of the audience. By harnessing the power of online social tools, audience members will be able to discover, share and assist in programming the festival.
FHTA and Current TV are teaming up for a call for pitches. Keep checking in at current.com/awesome for more information!
