The FCC approved yet another Galaxy Tab 10.1 variant, which is equipped to run on T-Mobiles’s network. The said tablet, which was filed under the model number SGH-T859, seems to match the external dimensions of the Wi-Fi and LTE Galaxy Tab 10.1 variant. The variant goes along with a GSM radio that supports T-Mobile’s 1700MHz network. It also has 850/1900MHz GSM, EDGE, WCDMA and HSPA networks.

Samsung followed the arrival of Wi-Fi edition in the market in June by equipping its iPad competitor with 3G and 4G radios for a number of cellular networks. Previous announcements confirm plans to provide the tablet through NTT DoCoMo in Japan, along with Rogers and Telus in Canada.

T-Mobile has yet to formally announce its launch plans for the Galaxy Tab 10.1.
