World duped again by Palestinian Terrorists

While the Palestinian Center for Human Rights, whose death toll figures have been widely cited, reports that 895 Gaza civilians were killed in the fighting, amounting to more than two-thirds of all fatalities, new figures show the civilian death toll at no higher than a third of the total.

The international community had been given a vastly distorted impression of the death toll because of "false reporting" by Hamas. As an example of such distortion, the incident near a UN school in Jabalya on January 6, in which initial Palestinian reports falsely claimed IDF shells had hit the school and killed 40 or more people, many of them civilians. The UN has since admitted that the UN school was never hit and that it had been duped by Hamas. In fact, he said, 12 Palestinians were killed in the incident - nine Hamas operatives and three noncombatants. Furthermore, as had since been acknowledged by the UN, the IDF was returning fire after coming under attack, and its shells did not hit the school compound.

Of the 1200 killed, 580 have been conclusively "incriminated" as members of Hamas and other terrorist groups.

Another 300 of the 1,200 - women, children aged 15 and younger and men over the age of 65 - had been categorized as noncombatants. Counted among the women, however, were female terrorists, including at least two women who tried to blow themselves.

The 320 names yet to be classified are all men; sources have yet to complete its identification work in these cases, but estimates that two-thirds of them were terror operatives.

Several fatalities who had been classified by the Palestinians as "medics," turned out to be Hamas fighters, including Anas Naim, the nephew of leading Hamas official.

    • It's not false reporting, it's the kitman truth and the teqqiya truth. Not only does their "holy" book encourage them and reward them for murder and hate, it also encourages lying.

    • This war of genocide against the Palestinian people must be clearly investigated because everyone is ignoring and denying that it is the Moslem extremists themselves who are committing the genocide! Yes, the Moslems are killing the Moslems in far greater numbers than all the Americans and Israelis ever killed. That's FAR GREATER NUMBERS in case those suffering from denial skipped those words.

      Ok, tomorropw morning's news reports before we ever see or hear or read them, are guaranteed to report some Moslems somewhere killed, maimed, tortured, decapitated, exploded, or bombed some other bunch of Moslems somewhere n this world. Last week's reports and last years reports and last ten years ago and so on and so on, will all show you that they are the ones responsible for the systemized murder of Moslems. Who do you think bombed the Iraqis daily for three years? Yes, they were called "insurgents" but do not let that tricky word hide the fact that it was Moslems killing Moslems. I know it, and anyone who reads newspapers or listens to radio or watches TV also knows it. The whole world knows knows that they kill more of their own than anyone anywhere. The constant screaming and yelling against Israel will never diguise the fact the Moslems are the greatest killers of Moslems anywhere on this planet.

      I am still amazed that "grown" men walk this earth believing that god wants them to kill His creations, and that if they do kill what He created, He will award them with teenagers in sex.

    • The guilty trying to justify and defend their crimes...how desperate and pathetic you have become, it's really sad to see how low one can go. Extremism, on both sides, should not be tolerated or supported.       The legal definition of genocide

      The international legal definition of the crime of genocide is found in Articles II and III of the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide.

      Article II describes two elements of the crime of genocide:

      1) the mental element, meaning the "intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such", and

      2) the physical element which includes five acts described in sections a, b, c, d and e. A crime must include both elements to be called "genocide."

      Article III described five punishable forms of the crime of genocide: genocide; conspiracy, incitement, attempt and complicity.
      Excerpt from the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide

      "Article II: In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

      (a) Killing members of the group;
      (b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
      (c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
      (d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
      (e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

      Article III: The following acts shall be punishable:

      (a) Genocide;
      (b) Conspiracy to commit genocide;
      (c) Direct and public incitement to commit genocide;
      (d) Attempt to commit genocide;
      (e) Complicity in genocide. "

      You are so right to notice this obvious contradiction to their claim of genocide!
      They play around with numbers all the time, forever believing that no one will ever figure out the truth. For example, people are running from their religion all over the world and the churches are getting so many requests for secret membership and the synagogues are also receiving some.
      See, they are so sure that everyone loves the bloodshed and the murders and the rapes and the intimidation and the threats.They don't even want to face how many of their own are escaping like crazy. As usual, they throw out "statistics" in exactly the opposite of the truth. An example is what you noticed about "genocide" that never happened. Also, they tell the world, "Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world," yeah, right! In the prisons where all the violent people learn to love this "religion" because they are so glad to have permission to be violent. It's a killer's paradise. That's the only place it's growing. In the outside world where people are not in jail, they are losing much more than they are willing to admit.

Our churches and synagogues are slowly filling up with certain former members of a group who now only want freedom, peace and escape from your well known intimidation and threats. The Moslems have killed more Moslems than all the Jews and Christians combined ever killed. YOU are the ones who try to spread your propaganda but as more of you become civilized, your numbers are decreasing. Bin Laden your hero is responsible for more Islamic deaths than all these wars.
      Every single day Moslems explode Moslems. The Americans don't even have to fight. They just sit back and watch the show.

    • Gazan doctor says death toll inflated

      Physician at Gaza's Shifa Hospital tells Italian newspaper number of dead in Israeli offensive 'stands at no more than 500 or 600, most of them youths recruited to Hamas' ranks'.

      A Tal al-Hawa resident told the newspaper's reporter, "Armed Hamas men sought out a good position for provoking the Israelis. There were mostly teenagers, aged 16 or 17, and armed. They couldn't do a thing against a tank or a jet. They knew they are much weaker, but they fired at our houses so that they could blame Israel for war crimes."

      The reporter for the Italian newspaper also quoted reporters in the Strip who told of Hamas' exaggerated figures, "We have already said to Hamas commanders – why do you insist on inflating the number of victims?"

      These same reporters mentioned that the truth that will come out is likely to be similar to what occurred in Operation Defensive Shield in Jenin. "Then, there was first talk of 1,500 deaths. But then it turned out that there were only 54, 45 of which were armed men," the Palestinian reporters told the Italian newspaper.

    • Is anyone surprised? Of course they can say the civilian toll was much higher because they have this thing in the koran which gives them permission to lie. There is Teqqiya and then there is kitman. They use these two excuses to lie when they feel like ti and then it is not considered bad that they lied. What? Yes, you read it correctly. They are permitted to lie.
      So, the trouble for them is two fold. Number one, when they lie so much and people continue to see lie after lie, the public soon relizes not to trust them. Also, the constant lying makes people doubt them even when they are once in a while telling the truth.

    • Wonderful insight, these terrorists are constantly distorting the truth. If it were not for US and Israeli intervention, organizations like Hamas and Al Queada and the Mujaheddin might have long ago obtained nuclear weapons and destroyed the wonder of the modern world.

      May God bless the children of Israel in their defense of the land promised to us by Him.
