Alan Sugar told beret-wearing aromatherapy fan Lucinda Ledgerwood she was just "too zany" for a £100,000 a year job in his Amstrad empire. And a team of four tough interviewers, including Birmingham City boss Karren Brady, described the 32-year-old risk boss as an "absolute nutcase".
Lucinda was the 12th to be fired. Now, four will battle it out in next week's final. But it was contestant Alex Wotherspoon who put the boot in - by telling Sir Alan that Lucinda didn't even want the dream job.
