A television advert that featured a woman dressed as a stripteasing school girl was in breach of the advertising rules, the official watchdog has ruled. The advert, for a Ministry of Sound mobile phone download, was aired at 8.30 on a Sunday morning and in the afternoon on The Hits channel, a popular music channel that broadcasts on Freeview – available to nearly nine out of 10 houses in the UK.

Shocking scheduling. Everyone knows sexy ladies are better suited to an 'evening' viewer.
Bet they're loving all the extra publicity though.
