A television advert that featured a woman dressed as a stripteasing school girl was in breach of the advertising rules, the official watchdog has ruled. The advert, for a Ministry of Sound mobile phone download, was aired at 8.30 on a Sunday morning and in the afternoon on The Hits channel, a popular music channel that broadcasts on Freeview – available to nearly nine out of 10 houses in the UK.

    • Shocking scheduling. Everyone knows sexy ladies are better suited to an 'evening' viewer.
