A 97 percent year on year drop was also registered by the "dire" new Bank of England figures.

    • I've been flat-hunting of late and the rental market's gone crazy - because no-one can sell their house home-owners seem to be renting theirs out and moving into rented places themselves - so its really hard to find a decent rental place right now!

    • Looks like the credit market has run dry! Just becuase the banks are telling the poeple that is not a good thing does not make it true.
