Cute kittens for climate change!

Who needs to read headlines when you can listen to this cat?


This video was a product of the the 1 minute to save the world contest, which asked people to submit their short messages to global leaders in the run up to Copenhagen.  And then there is an ENTIRE WEBSITE dedicated to spreading the gospel of climate change via cats and kittens. It's called Global Warming Hates Kittens and was designed to, "leaven the dire reality of global warming with overwhelming cuteness".





A few years ago we hosted a little video contest that was designed to inspire people to engage in climate change, and  called it 60 seconds to save the planet. No one submitted kittens, so I won't bother to post any of the videos, but they are some darn good videos in the mix. So the question is...what kinds of messages inspire you? What makes you want to forward an email to your great aunt who thinks that climate change is a scam? Maybe the message just needs to be wrapped with some extra cuteness?
