The sad news has been confirmed. Jack Herer, author of Emperor Wears No Clothes and renowned around the world for hemp activism, has died at 11:17 a.m. today, in Eugene, Oregon.

    • It's been a month and I still am having difficulty in finding the words to describe what this man has done out of love of his fellow man... Jack helped educate an entire generation out of the dark ages of prohibition, into the semi- open world of the medical uses...Jack brought possible relief to those suffering chronic pain ; such as myself; those that were starving themselves, now have an appetite; politicians across the country are forced to respond to data Jack uncovered... Here is a man that made the world a bit more comfortable for soo many and a month after his passing, i can't find simple words to express how he has changed the landscape... thank you ; thank you ... thank you Jack.
