Not surprising during war time or natural disasters some suffer while others surviving.

those people are destitute, they may need antibiotics or something that some old donated shirt may buy. Capitalism, my ass. This is survival. If someone has a home and is healthy and they are selling goods, then yes, capitalism, greed, all that. But where in Port-Au-Prince is there anyone well-off right now? If they want to sell my Kitsap County swim team 1988 tshirt, I say go for it. And the price of rice has doubled? I thought that this was AID, the giving of needed supplies. Double zero is still zero.

How can any man have enough greed to rob his fellow sufferers?
