I remember when I was wee going out at Halloween and one woman was trying to give out hard boiled eggs! Weirdo.

Bible tracts...come on. Church is boring, Halloween is supposed to be fun. We learned those houses and avoided them. I give out chocolate and nerds.

i grew up in christian school and we never trick or treated. we had "harvest fest" which consisted of a haunted house of different ways you could end up in hell and in the end jesus battled lucifer to the death. it was so damn awkward man, and my mom thought it was the greatest thing ever.

so i don't know what it means to trick or treat but i enjoy living vicariously through every one else's stories.

I once got a popcorn ball and a pamphlet about how Jesus is our savior. Lets just say that toilet paper somehow got all over their house and yard later that night when nobody was around.

in my hometown people used to give out potato chips, like generic potato chips...they were so weak.

Meh, I like Laffy Taffy, Tootsie Rolls, and fun size candies.

I actually really like Laffy Taffy. And fun size chocolate bars rock. I know the full size ones would be better, but let's be realistic here. It's expensive to give out full size bars to every kid who comes around... especially when some of us don't stop trick-or-treating until we're 19.

I always hated getting Smarties. They gross me out.

I give out comicbooks as well as candy, sometimes satsumas
if they don't tell a good enough joke or sing a song

i once went to a house where a grandma was giving out pennies. lmao

We're giving out a caldron of toy skeletons and scarey finger monsters and eye ball candies and skull bracelets...we let the kids pick what they want....Oh and some chocolate too.

I remember our house ran out of candy so we passed out bags of chips. like the little doritos & lays bags from costco.

Well, lets be glad its only one night a year....even though that doesnt really matter.

I always prepare little cellophane gift bags full of dried fruit and nuts. It is better for the kids' health and teeth.

This guy's a little fussy isn't he? I hope he comes to my house, I wonder how he would like a "large" tube of Preparation H. None of those sample sizes for him. I wonder if I'll be number eleven next year, or maybe he'll re-think his attitude completely.

Little toys would be nice. But I guess you can't give them to the little ones...they might think it's candy and shove them in their pie holes.
