Doctors at West Middlesex University Hospital say they do not simply shove the sick out, The Daily Mail reports. They stabilize foreign patients, then tell how much further treatment will cost.
Those who cannot come up with the cash or a credit card are out of luck.

I do not see this as a problem, if UK will provide free healthcare to foreigners more will come for treatment.
