Lawsuit Filed Over Use Of Notorious B.I.G.'s Home Videos

TMZ reports Kashui Entertainment has filed a lawsuit against the Estate of Christopher Wallace, Faith Evans and others, claiming a breach of contract and promissory fraud. The company wanted to create a documentary about the life of Christopher "The Notorious B.I.G." Wallace. In their plan, they were hoping to incorporate home videos, which they say they received permission to use. Court documents show the suit was filed February 23 in California's Central District Court.
