    HIV Alliance is an organization in Eugene dedicated to providing services to HIV positive people, they provide education to the community including Youth Programs where HIV positive people go into classrooms and speaking to kids about what it means to live with HIV. The Alliance also has a controversial needle exchange program that has a proven track record in reducing HIV transmission through IV needles, and providing testing services to clients for HIV and Hep C.
