Mitt Romney and Britney Spears own matching $55,000 elevators

We've always known in our heart of hearts that there was something linking Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney with aging pop princess Britney Spears. But what? Not a love of Cheetos, certainly.
At last US Weekly magazine has uncovered the connection. Both Mitt and Brit (cute!) installed the same $55,000 Phantom Park car elevators in their homes.
Spears has one of the fancy car lifts in her Calabasas, Calif., rental home while Mitt has ordered one for the $12 million La Jolla, Calif., place he plans to renovate post-election.
With so much in common, we can imagine Spears maybe taking to the trail with Mitt. We'd love to see some "Toxic" played on the stump.
