Some scholars have argued that the Presidential Oath flubbed by Chief Justice John Robert should be retaken by Obama, just to stay safe, incase people make accusation that he didn't meet the Constitutional Standard of being the President.
This is because excerpt:
The 35-word oath is explicitly prescribed in the Constitution, Article II, Section One, which says the president "shall" take the oath "before he enteron the execution of his office." It was discussed during the Constitutional Convention.
Two other former Presidents Calvin Coolidge and Chester Arthur, retook the oath under similar circumstances.
