Anna Nicole Smith's partner and attorney, Howard K. Stern, and and her doctors, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, have been charged with conspiring to furnish drugs to Smith. The two are accused of using a fake name so Smith could have access to literally 'thousands of pills.'
