Actions speak louder than words. You can say you want change all day, but you actually have to do it. Starting is easy. Take something you see every day and revisualize it. Make it exciting. Make it fun. Remind yourself of the past, the present, and then create a future. Actions don't have to be complicated. They just have to start.

As for me? I saw pong when I went to the tennis courts one day. Simple concept, but a lot went into it to make it happen. Kinda like making a car a hybrid :)
