'70s group killed a cop in the name of revolution.

Awash in revolutionary and antiwar fervor, the Vietnam era was a dangerous time for cops. McDonnell was not American law enforcement's first casualty, and he would not be its last. Police continue to investigate his murder, which remains unsolved.

    • Anything you write here on CURRENT and other sites, will probably be monitored by our dear government courtesy of the Obama administration.
Yes, here follows a news article that hardly anyone heard or read because it was quickly hushed and ignored by the main media. Exactly like those same TV stations ABC and CBS and NBC ignored the Saturday march, and the way they ignored the 83 to 7 vote to stop funding ACORN.
Yes, my fellow Current bloggers, your words here are probably going to be inspected.
Please read the following and then, feel free to look up and find this topic so you can see if this is really the truth. I thought it was a joke. It ain't, boys and girls.
Now, just in case my fellow citizens do not read my comment on this particular topic, I am going to post this a few times in response to other subjects we decide to write about here.
Here now follows what I saw and copied from the NATIONAL LEGAL and POLICY CENTER. They published the following sobering and threatening declaration...

"NLPC has uncovered a plan by the White House New Media operation to hire a technology vendor to conduct a massive, secret effort to harvest personal information on millions of Americans from social networking websites.

The information to be captured includes comments, tag lines, emails, audio, and video. The targeted sites include Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, YouTube, Flickr and many others, – any space where the White House “maintains a presence.”

In the course of investigating procurement by the White House New Media office, NLPC discovered a 51-page solicitation of bids that was filed on Friday, August 21, 2009. Filed as Solicitation # WHO-S-09-0003, it is posted at FedBizzOps.com."

    • Weather Underground. The last time we had a Dem in office, he pardoned a Weather Underground killer. Upon her release, she taught at Brown. Now we have Jeff Jones influencing the current administration as director of the NYC office of the Apollo Alliance

It's ironic that the Weather Underground stood for the common man, but the only people they killed were blue collars.

    • This news is great for the president's pal Ayers. He should receive this news soon, so he can begin celebrations with his old pals.
It was Ayers who said he didn't do enough revolting. He wishes he had done more and he has no regrets.
He reminds me of the other terrorists, kill and be glad about it.
