Formerly known as the Newport Folk Festival, what is now George Wein's Folk Festival 50 celebrates the half-century milestone by having Pete Seeger headline the show on Saturday, August 1st. The two-day event also features what are expected to be huge performances from The Decemberists, The Avett Brothers, and Iron & Wine.
