Hi All,
I wrote a paper mathematically proving that the Norway spirals could not have been caused by a missile.
I posted it to my blog:
http://bringthefunk.blogspot.com/2009/12/on-norway-spirals-and-their-physically....I'd love to hear what you all think about it.

A missile test yes; as something very strange was happening over the Kremlin at the SAME TIME.
I invite all to try to debunk what appears to be a 'rotating, floating FULL SIZED pyramid'... listing starboard at a 10 degree angle;( suggesting gravity not an issue on board) hovering over the Kremlin as this 'secret' missile launch to the north fails spectacularly in a sky that is known to be visible to nations to the west ... note the object is being filmed from a moving vehicle.( multiple angles, multiple light sources.. )
The title of this thread may be a bit more accurate than even I expected ... developing story?

If that were real, why are there not other videos of it? If it were real, why are the dudes in the car acting so nonchalant about it (playing music in the car, no excitement in their voices, etc)? Also, why didn't they drive even closer for a better view, and take more footage?

I can not answer the reasons behind another man's actions on the other side of the planet but I will speculate on what I observed. A floating FULL sized pyramid floating over the Kremlin for hours...listing and tumbling suggesting gravity not an issue on board. Filmed from multiple angles with multilevel light sources that confirm a solid object... any further speculation I am uncomfortable with. I submitted this video for others to debunk
There is more than one video of this object but only two are public. Durring the daylight. The 'pyramid' was floating over the Kremlin for HOURS ...http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=1ee_1260597017
The police refuse to comment if ANY reported sightings were made that day. Isn't that odd; if nothing was there then, say so.
For the government to respond with a 'no comment', to any reports or inquiries ...? After the city experiences such an event for hours...? I find Very suspicious and may explain why the two men didn't just get out of the car and film openly
But the fact they were in a moving car makes the image more credible because of reflecting light from the lamppost and object on the move: as they got clear imagery on the rotation ..which is very difficult to fake... just speculating all oba da place oba ear. Someone debunk dis

ThoughtNu:
Well... I wouldn't be able to debunk this. But, even 2 videos doesn't impress me. If such a sighting were to actually take place in such a hugely populated area, there would most certainly be more than 2 videos.
Remember the UFO sighting in Haiti? There was only one documented sighting, and it was later debunked.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=up5jmbSjWkw
Whereas, the meteor that lit up the sky in Utah was reported by many, and documented from many different angles by multiple videos.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xYUKFroalW4&feature=related
If there were more videos and more reports of the sighting, I'd might be inclined to think this is more realistic.
But what do I know? I'm no expert in these matters.

Have you guys heard of the Rail gun on the USS jersey maybe the russians are trying their luck with one cause yes i could see it as a missile but come on did you see the video near the end the clouds kinda open up to make a black hole and then close.
"The world's most powerful functional rail gun capable of accelerating projectiles up to Mach 8 has been delivered to the Navy. The new rail gun is a 32-megajoule Electro-Magnetic Laboratory Rail Gun. The Navy eventually hopes to have 64-megajoule ship mounted rail guns. 'The lab version doesn't look particularly menacing -- more like a long, belt-fed airport screening device than like a futuristic cannon -- but the system will fire rounds at up to Mach 8, drawing on tremendous amounts of electricity to generate the current for each test shot. That, of course, is the problem with rail guns: Like lasers, they're out of step with modern-day generators and capacitors. Eight and 9-megajoule rail guns have been fired before, but providing 3 million amps of power per shot has been a limitation.'"

There can only be one explaination: Our civilization from far in the future is tampering with its first attempts at warpdrive. This was probably one of our prototype ships which got spat through time and straight into the Norweigan mountains. They should search for the ship's remains there.

I'll take a stab. The rocket went into a spiral high enough to be in the sun. Then reflections from that are cast back into the darker lower parts of the atmosphere, amplifying the size. Much like a shadow can cast a larger shape.
Still, it doesn't explain smaller blue spiral, unless that's the rocket falling back.
Anyway, out of control and falling rockets do often follow spiral patterns.

It looks to me like the graphic is made by one of those enormous search lights pointed at the sky to promote an event. You can see the beam of light going up to the figure in the sky. I've seem them throw an image upon a cloud. I think this is something like that. It's pretty impressive that the spiral is a perfectly balanced shape.

The top picture shows refraction in the lower part of the envelope - in the perimeter, the edge of which swings around to join at the same place near or behind the mountain. The whole rotation pattern is not normal.
A rocket goes up and explodes. When that happens, areas of atmospheric disturbance can emanate from the explosion or points of actual concussion and can spread quite far in the field of view. Perhaps across the whole sky and may stay for hours.
But they don't look screwy. - 2 years ago

They say it isn't a fake. One might think the blue to be more or less straight, but becomes amplified by the waves so that it appears to cork-screw. But then other pictures seem to show the blue faded, as though it were some kind of exhausted cloud that had indeed been effected into a cork-screwing shape; that an outward radiating cork-screw, like a rotating bullet, had pulled a blue exhaust outward with it.
But it still looks funny.
