Stocks are set to open lower, especially those of the big banks, after the deal for JP Morgan Chase to buy Bear Stearns at $2 per share...the dollar has fallen further...the Fed is cutting the rate it charges to loan money directly to banks...foreign markets also fell on news of the US woes...and pretty much everyone is asking the old limbo question - how low can it go.

    • Expect to see more of this. Just like in 1907 and the 30's when JP Morgan and other bankers engineered economic hysterias and in the end buying hundreds of banks for pennies on the dollar.
