2007 NASCAR Whelen modifieds champion Donny Lia became the first winner of a NASCAR modified at the Bristol, TN half-mile, high-banked race track. It was the inaugural event and hopefully won't be the last. This race had everything; side-by-side racing, crashes, controversy and even a rain delay.
