What it feels like to win N.H., according to Gore

Reporting from New Hampshire for Current TV's "Politically Direct 2012," David Shuster asks Al Gore what it feels like to win in that state. "Campaigning across New Hampshire is really and truly a fantastic experience," Gore says. "I have no motive for pandering to New Hampshire anymore -- I'm a recovering politician and the dangers of a relapse have diminished considerably... They are famously used to interacting with all the candidates... and if at the end of that process you come out a winner, it really does feel great."

    • I know how I felt...Hopeful. Although, Bill Bradley is a good man too and I am sure Mr. Gore would say that as well. And just to relate, when I was chairing a PAC on my own and trying to get write ins for Mr. Gore in 2004 he actually did get a few hundred (believe me what I was doing was extremely grassroots so I was elated with that ;-).) which is actually why I find it a little hard to believe that Romney got so many votes. I thought Huntsman would definitely finish with more as he put more into New Hampshire. Looks like a set up to me, but that's just my cynical opinion.
