Current TV Newsletter - you know you wanna!

Header
  hello!

If you're eccentric (read: a bit gullible) enough to believe in star signs, we've got some news for you. It turns out you're probably not the Leo/Aquarius/Gemini (delete as applicable) you thought you were...

And that wasn't the only bit of day-changing news this week. Also sweeping the internet by storm was the news that Google have released a babel fish-esque iPhone app that translates foreign conversation in real time, Bond 23 is confirmed, with Daniel Craig set to play the tux-sporting ladies man on his third outing, Bono (well his investment company) owns a fairly hefty wedge of Facebook, this heartwarmingly gorgeous story, and the fact that a fox shot a man. Yup... fox, man.

Scroll to the bottom of this email for the Current Quiz and your chance to win a £20 iTunes voucher. And, as ever, get in touch and let us know your thoughts.

One man's plan to run nude onto a tennis court at night go wrong, and with hilarious consequences. Careful though... there's a wanger glimpse.

Who needs Jersey Shore when you have Hipster Shore?!

This clip's all about eight hipsters living in LA's Silverlake area (think Shoreditch with sun) who strive to live their art, enlighten the masses and pay the rent. Sublime.

Best/Worst bowling shot

Skip to 50s in to see a shot which should have been an epic fail, but went onto be a strange but epic win.

  show of the week

In this shock-doc we follow a group of female journalists who try to slim down to a size zero - the new size of choice - in just five weeks.

We document how they employ the extreme weight-loss methods favoured by celebrities such as Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Richie and Victoria Beckham to drop from size 10-12 to a double zero.

Our doctors and psychiatrists are there to record and evaluate their physical transformation and their mental state. But does the weight loss start to become addictive? Do they think they are being perceived differently by those around them?

Superskinny Me, Episode 1 airs on Monday 17 January at 10pm.
