Yeah, she's a great person too. My wife and I met her when she performed at weekly poetry event called, "Mellowmondays" in South Florida.

There were some amazing female spoken word artists featured on Russell Simmon's Def Poetry Jam series on HBO. Definitely one of my favorite offerings from HBO...check it out!
