"Urban Campers" is a day in the life of my homeless neighbors, Dan and Matt, who try to squeeze a living out of selling their artwork on the Venice boardwalk in California.

    • Between 2000 and late 2003, anthropologists, anthropology interns, and formerly homeless people collected 109 stories of the homeless and formerly homeless in Southeastern Wisconsin (mainly Milwaukee). All the homeless were paid $5 for their participation. They could structure their stories any way they wished and the stories could be long or short. --- pretty interesting site
