    • Lahore was one of the main cities of the old Mogul Empire, and extremely colorful--a tourist paradise. In addition, Adam, Tracey Chang and I were feeling mellow from relief, having arrived late the night previous from the North West Frontier Province, the Wild West of the War on Terror... Since we're always carrying a couple of cameras, and always ready to roll, when we saw the snake charmers, Tracey started rolling and pushed Adam forward. I followed her lead... The snake charmers that we show you are interesting, and their interest in Tracey was funny, but this is also a homage to ordinary life---no bomb blasts, no lawless regions, just a show calculated to extract cash from tourists.
