my name is oliver canbazoglu, i have read hair all over, massive amounts of freckles, and i'm half turkish. I grew up in a rich town where kids were quite harsh. Having been through that has made me who i am and i wouldn't trade it for nothin. Anyone hating on you for how you look naturally is just a sad person themselves. RED HEADS UNITE WE ARE VERY SPECIAL. we should get an island where only red heads can live... that would be a joyful island!

Doesn't everyone think redheads are hot now? What is everyone still crying about red hair for? I ONLY have red hair on my face and pubes. How's that for crappy?

My brother and I are both redheads - East Coasters. Every so often, we look at his son, who's as blonde as blonde comes, and both say we're so glad he's not going to go through what we did. In fact, for the longest time, if I noticed a guy had red in his beard, I would stay far from him, even broke up with someone! I really don't want to bring a child into the world to be a target of acceptable prejudice. It was until I was about 27 until I was okay with being a woman with red hair.

If anyone tells you that there is no prejudice, have them wear a red wig for a week. Granted, those men who like redheaded girls REALLY like redheaded girls and the world is a better place for them. However, I would give up my childhood horrors in an instant if I could!

i like the pod but the subject is silly as hell...red hair is cool, unique at the very least.
the brits in this piece should try dealing with all of the racism [or classism as its usually referred to in the u.k.] that all of the asians, blacks, & irish have to deal with everyday before they make a tongue & cheek pod about socially acceptable forms of bigotry.

Im strawberry blond and my levels of gingerness, though always there, are more on some days than others.
I often get very upset redheads say "you dont even know what its like cos your not REAL ginger" this is a shame for me because everything in that video has happened to me...
I still dislike my haircolour and sometimes wish i could blend in better but this video has given me the confidence that it will get better

some black people are born with red hair ,i see no problme with ginger poeple ,that shows that maybe the UK poeple have to much time on there hands . the girls are hot .

Great pod, never really thought about the ginger plight until now despite the fact that three of my good friends all have red hair. But as you said doesn't seem to be as big a deal in the states. Maybe that is why Neil Kinnock never made PM, red haired and Welsh thats a tough one, ouch!

This is a great pod. I thought the transitions with the cookies and the oranges were genius. For me, I actually have redheads in my family. My grandpa was auburn, my brother and my cousin are strawberry blondes. The gene skips a generation, being that it is recessive. So seeing redheads has been natural for me, they are just like anyone else.

Living in america discrimination would only be painted in black,white, or hispanic. Its interesting to see other discriminations in parts of the world that are accepted in their counterparts. I love Gingers. My brother is Obsessed with them,...They taste awesome too!!!!

I love redheads. There's just somethign exotic about them that I find very attractive. I guess the saying is true when they say: Redhead's Do It Better!

As a young child I wished I had any color but the one I had, as I have grown I have grown to love my red hair and take great pride in my ginger locks. I think this piece does a great job at providing the redheaded point of view, although in the states, the ladies are starting to understand the glory of the red head. Quite a few of my ladie friends are dating carrottops, its just a start but soon we will take over the world, muhaha ha ha

i never thought that the color of hair would be something people would use to make people feel so shitty. i love people with red hair, especially guys. girls are pretty hot too but guys look awesome.

It was tough having red hair as a kid, but you know its just hard being a kid. Being treated like a red-headed step child was never very fun though.

I think some of the "gingerheads" in this pod are quite hot! Red Hot! I've never heard that term before or thought any less of red heads. That sucks that it's like that in th UK. I think it's all about confidence and rocking what you got. ... that's hot!
