    • i remember there was a CSI: NY episode that took place in a restaurant like this. I didn't think it really existed, but that sounds like such a cool way to eat. you really have to utilize your other senses to get every little nuance of the dish. very cool.

    • Why eat in the dark? I say why not! It's the perfect way to heighten the senses. I would want to eat with my hands as well. I probably could too. Nobody could see me. I'm definitely going to make a reservation here. Cool!
