Great video, Laura! My father is Turkish so I have visited the country many times and Mardin is one of my favorite places to stay. I'm glad people get to see the kind-hearted nature of the Turkish citizens living there. If people are visiting Turkey, the south is probably the most attractive place to explore. The beaches along the coast are gorgeous and I recommend that you visit a little town called Finike. It isn't too far away from Antalya, which is popular with tourists but Finike has the beauty of Antalya and Bodrum without all the crowds of tourists.

After the views, the best part about Mardin that I remember was the tea and people, like this kid i met in the alleyways above the town.
