In the 3rd installment of the Weather Paparazzi, Doug is in New Orleans when Katrina surfaces. Debris if flying everywhere, forcing Doug to stay put on Canal Street. When he is able to change locations, he notices people wandering the streets. When a man approaches Doug for help, he reveals he was forced to leave his 2nd story apartment because of flooding.
