A Fisherman's Final Catch

OutThere
We follow a young fisherman on his final voyage to sea. For 26 year old Kes Moate, fishing is in his blood. His father was a fisherman and his father before him. Whilst on this emotional journey, Kes explains why it is so difficult to glean a living from the sea. Dwindling fish stocks, quotas, fishing bans and increasing competition from overseas have all pushed the small fisherman to the brink of extinction.

Kes's fishing days are over, on monday he'll be carrying bricks on a building site, working sociable hours for a guaranteed wage.
