Lux Interior, lead singer of influential garage-punk act the Cramps, has died of an existing heart condition, according to a statement from the band's publicist. He was 62.

      I still can't believe he's really gone..
      I only got into The Cramps a few years ago, never got a chance to see them live but I heard such wonderful things about their shows.
