The quote from LA Times said 70-75% of independent donut shops in CA (not SF) are owned by Cambodians. I don't think the majority of the donut shops in SF are owned by Cambodians. Most of the ones I've been to in SF are Asian-owned, but they weren't Cambodian. Then again, maybe you read it incorrectly. I tend fuss over details as such.
Anyways I enjoyed the pod.
