The fallout over the sexual attacks and violent abuse of Lara Logan continues apace. Several pusillanimous stateside journalists and pundits - who no doubt would go jelly-kneed on a quiet day as a war correspondent - felt compelled to tell Logan, "It's your own damn fault!"
