I guess you just don't get it, none of that matters, The fact is that Iran wants to be rid of Israel and Israel is our Ally, the way the time table is looking now sanctions will probably not work and Israel will feel that they have no option other then trying to take out Iran’s nuclear capability. What will matter is what we do!!

Okay quick question...........Who in the hell said Israel could have Nuclear weapons? In fact aren't they in volation to have nuclear weapons? Oh and they want to basically fight Iran because their in fear of Iran getting nukes and possibly using them on them. But why would Iran do that against Israel.......hmmmmmmm It wouldn't happen to be the nearly 60 years of Occupation of the land where the native people are having their homes destroyed, forced to relocate, denied access to medical attention, forced into a "BERLIN WALL" state where movement is limited, kids are being killed.(over 816 Palestinians/119 Israelis from 2001-2007.)

I've posted many comments on this, I believe it is just a matter of time before Israel attacks Iran. I do not see any other option for them considering what’s going on in the US right now, they can not afford to wait until Iran is capable of taking them out. The next question is what will our Government do, back up our ally or pander to Iran. I'm sure it depends on who is President.

I wish the solution of the Iran nuclear problem was as simple as just sit back and watch' I would just like to know what we do when they have a nuke and threaten to use it or maybe they give it to Al-Qaeda or another terrorist organization. i don't think this country can handle another addition to the wars we already have going on in the middle east, but we need to back Israel they are our allies. Its the right thing to do.

Israel should be the LAST country to condemn Iran for having nukes given that Israel has 200 of them AND would use them if they felt sufficiently threatened.

Israel has nukes and has attacked and invaded Lebanon. Peace in the middle east begins with a nuclear disarmament of Israel.

There are more nukes in that region pointed to Iran than any other country in the world... US trident subs...Iraq,Afghanistan,Russian and of course Israel. Iranians would be baked into petrified statues if they made any move on any country... especially Israel.

If everyone is so religious in that region....Christian,Jew and of course Muslim maybe we should all disarm and declare nuclear weapons are crime against GOD. Aren't they? It seems like the Buddhists...who don't even talk about God are the only true non-violent group.

I think that the US is going to always be suspect in the Middle East as long as our policy towards Israel is biased and without equity. I also agree that Israel needs to think of itself as a member of the international community and realize that their actions affect us all. Of course, I guess they are just following the US lead who acts often with unilateral interest only.

Israel is only acting in their best interest. Though the opinion of the Iranian people differs from the rhetoric of their government, claiming you're going to wipe a country off the map, cannot be ignored.

Why is it that the Iranian government keeps saying that they have no interest in going to war with Isreal and the West and then you have Isreal only ever talking about bombing Iran but we are calling the Iranians terrorists?

If Israel strikes Iran, which I doubt, they had better be ready for retribution. Iran is also capable of retaliation far beyond the helpless Palestinians that Israel kill on a daily basis, or even lebanon who sent the terrorists packing back home. Israel owns refineries in America and can profit from this propaganda by ratteling sabres. I hope they are not greedy enough and dumb enough to attack Iran. If Israel would get rid of its nukes it might have a chance but even then I think they are hated enough in the mid east that they would still face attack by the Arabs whose land they have taken illegally.

I remember 5 or 6 years ago watching a television programme, where Christian "Prophets" were speaking about the future of America and Israel. And they said watch the world enrage against Israel when there is an Oil Crisis. I see those words coming to pass. Because I believe Israel will not stand by. They took out Saddam's nuclear plans in 81, Syria's plans in 07 and will attempt to cause a set back in Irans plans. As for Israel being paranoid, Iran is actively supplying Hizbollah with weapons and technology to use against Israel. Only a matter of time before Iran strikes or passes techology on to Lebanon or Syria.
