From the Mouth of Obama Via His Books...
Below are a few lines from Obama's books; In his word
From Dreams of My Father: 'I ceased to advertise my mother's race at
the age of 12 or 13, when I began to suspect that by doing so I was
ingratiating myself to whites.'
From Dreams of My Father: 'I found a solace in nursing a pervasive
sense of grievance and animosity against my mother's race.'
From Dreams of My Father: 'There was something about him that made me
wary, a little too sure of himself, maybe. And white.'
From Dreams of My Father: 'It remained necessary to prove which side
you were on, to show your loyalty to the black masses, to strike out
and name names.'
From Dreams of My Father: 'I never emulate white men and brown men
whose fates didn't speak to my own. It was into my father's image, the
black man, son of Africa, that I'd packed all the attributes I sought
in myself, the attributes of Martin and Malcolm, DuBois and Mandela.'
And FINALLY the Most Chilling one of ALL of them!!! From Audacity of
Hope: 'I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift
in an ugly direction.'
*
We CANNOT have someone with this type of mentality running our GREAT
nation!! I don't care whether you are a Democrat or a Republican,
Independent, Liberal or Conservative. We CANNOT turn ourselves over to
this type of character in a President. PLEASE help spread the word.

there's nothing about him being a muslim. that might be why grapegrower is calling you ignorant. it's not a personal attack, it's just an observation.
none of this seems scary or like the characteristics of a bigot. there is definitely no hate. it seems like the normal thoughts of someone who is mixed race, specifically black and white. none of the quotes were meant to demean white people. some of them only show a love of being an african descendant. which you should agree there's nothing wrong with that.
btw, i'm not an obama supporter. i actually dislike him; but for the right reasons. it seems that most of his opponents supporters believe he is a muslim still. it's just sad

No way... Just repeating from a bigoted man's book. Why personal attacks on me, you don't know me ... in fact I accept all cultures/religions/nonreligions/peoples in my family and as personal friends but I don't like people that are bigoted like this man and dont want someone with such hate for others running my country.
