I refer to the hordes of idiots who are showing up at Palin-McCain gatherings and displaying unprecedented levels of ignorance. Videos of the hate rallies and the ugly, nasty, vocal, unashamed racist fools who attend are sprouting up like things that sprout up a lot. (Wittier analogy unavailable at the time of this writing.)
While studying the North American Moron, I'm struck by the superficiality of the attacks on Obama. He is right about McCain, and doubly right about McCain supporters. They will do anything to prevent the campaign from being about issues that matter (specifically, the economy, U.S. infrastructure and wars.)
Let's review the most popular of the Insane McCain Supporter's memes:
* * *
Wordplay B.S.
Transposing the B to an S in Obama's name cleverly converts his last name to the first name of a known terrorist. This reminds me of the time I altered a McDonald's sign with removable letters. "Now hiring all shifts!" became "Now hiring all shits!" Both examples of childish wordplay have the same impact on the future of America. That is to say, none.

Extremist worry me whether left or right. Nothing is scarier than a true believer. The problem is that no other point of view can or will be considered. Another concern, it takes focus off the issues. The best way to handle robo-calls is to robo-hang up. Notice that they are not putting a person on the other end of the line to respond to.Unfortunely our country is still afflicted with racism. All of the silliness will soon be over. Remember two things, focus and vote.

Would people support Obama if he weren't black? A question only a Republican could ask.
That's like asking if people would still support McCain if he hadn't been shot down and tortured by the Vietnamese.
"Oh sure you support McCain now....but what if it were revealed that he wasn't actually ass raped as a POW? How would you feel about his healthcare tax credit proposal then?"
One has nothing to do with the other.
Obama's proposals make sense and are irrevelent to his skin color (to most people outside the South).
John McCain's proposals are idiotic and reflect his lack of understanding of macro economics are have nothing to do with when, if or how many times he was ass raped as a POW.

It's fairly simple. If you can't get it then ask someone else to see if they can.
If not I'll state it again, but it'll just be close to what I already said, since it's elementary you should have gotten it off the cuff.

Yawn. Up to you. If you want to explain your post, have at it. But if it's going to end with you magically telling us what Powell, Crob, Larz or any other Obama supporter is really thinking...don't bother.

Oh you mean like that one guy from the news that state Powell said what Republicans are secretly thinking?
That's not what happened here. It's amazing you choose to be so ignorant for the sake of argument.

Yeah..."that one guy from the news" was wrong. And so are you when you try to advance the ridiculous notion that people are supporting Obama just because of his skin color.
But thanks for the...um...explanation. Good luck Jammer.

Would these be the same people that disliked Bush when he ran and won twice?
just wondering.
They could be and that would be why there was such a OMG he cheated sore loser type thing going on. I'm sure the same rhetoric will be displayed if McCain wins....just like the OMG you're racist for not liking the Black Man who ran a campaign on his Change topic and not race.....gotcha.
They act like they know who has won and I'm sure their cockiness was around during Bush's run...both times. I guess being wrong doesn't tone down the I know I'm right factor of certain "writers".
It's a clever line, none-the-less.
My question for such writers is would they be so behind Obama if he were not black? If he were just another old white guy with the same words he's used thus far? It is mere conjecture and it's mere what if....but it stands to be asked. The idea that they are supporting someone who is new and fresh only seems to be embolden by the color of his skin and nothing else.
The ignorance surrounding some people that support McCain cannot be ignored, just like the ignorance of some Obama supporters cannot be ig...wait it is.
Since we've been told to dismiss past relations no matter how violent they were...why are we to think that supporters make up the person?
