Wes Upchurch, the Libertarian candidate for the office of secretary of state in Missouri, and Carl Werner, the Missouri state youth coordinator for the Bob Barr presidential campaign, describe the challenges of being a third party member in the United States. Due to limited funding, Upchurch and Werner have come up with creative ways to get their message across and mobilize supporters.
