The world is watching this election because although they do not have a vote, what we vote does effect the world community. not just the USA. Ironically, some world citizens are more informed than our own populace. It is telling to note that factual reporting standing for the USA is rated at 36-- Thirty-six countries have freer and more factual news sources. This muzzle on the media and its outright use as a propaganda machine is daunting. We are living in a time of much disinformation and outright lies in our media. Yellow journalism is a fact, and it is a huge fact in America. We have the luxury, and perhaps the saving grace of the Internet. We need to use it to fact check and work harder to understand issues and our own vote.
