Redistribution

Obama is not known for being charitable w/ his own money... when his income was in the six digits he only donated 1% of his earning to help the poor or other charities that need help. Then w/ his last income tax return showing an income of 4,000,000 plus dollars ... he only upped it up to 5% ... He really doesnt put his money where his mouth is ... Share the Wealth Obama!!! Redistribute some of your own wealth too!

    • ..... ok, here's why I will NOT vote for McCain

Charles Keating is an economic terrorist who cost the public $3 billion dollars with the help of McCain and I believe he has had a hand in McCain's understanding of financial policy. Keating has also donated $10,000 to McCain's campaign.

      G. Gordon Liddy is a convicted domestic terrorist for his involvement in the Watergate scandal. He has also made more recent terrorist-like comments concerning the proper way to kill ATF agents. Him and McCain are good friends who McCain says he is 'proud' to know.

It's obvious that McCain caters to the top tier earners (top 1%) of America while acting like that applies to everyone. He is still a believer in the failed theory of trickle-down economics, even though it is apparent that that "trickle" has been reduced to a mere drip and the rich are getting filthy rich and the middle class are getting poorer. AND now McCain wants to give the rich another tax cut on top of the Bush tax cuts, making Bush's cuts permanent.

I completely disagree with his proposal to immediately build 45 new nuclear power plants with another 55 to come. We already have enough nuclear waste in the world that nobody wants, another 100 plants would be more than foolish when we have so many promising and clean technologies available. (I'm not talking about fictitious clean-coal)

I also disagree with him saying we need MORE deregulation of the markets after the fact that he himself was involved in the Keating 5 scandal and our current economic crisis both stemming from a lack of regulation and oversight. Deregulation allows those less than ethical businessmen and CEO's to take advantage of the system without thought of the repercussions.

I also don't like his aggressiveness when it comes to relations with the middle east and I am afraid he will lead us into yet another costly war that will completely destroy whatever world credit we still have left. Possibly leading us into all-out WW3 and a devastating nuclear war. After all, he has earned the name Hot-Head McCain and I'm confident his reputation will have an effect on his ability to deal with foreign nations.

Let's also not forget that both Bush and Cheney have endorsed and supported McCain, further proving that McCain is a continuation of the Bush administration and will more than likely prevent any reversal of their treasonous policy changes. He will also probably stand in the way of the conviction of Bush & Co for their war crimes and high treason against the American people.

McCain is also a supporter and contributor to the Project for the New American Century, an organization that has been largely responsible for the disinformation of the public and the resulting wars in the middle east. I encourage everyone to look up this organization on Wikipedia to see what they are all about and who else is involved. It apparently was designed to push America towards being an imperialistic world empire using the ideology of Leo Strauss.

McCain would be a huge mistake for America, especially in the wake of our two-term walking disaster of a president, Mr. Bush.

    • Why should I ... I see you cant .... hypocrite .... Look at my past posts as to why you should vote for McCain. It has nothing to do about Obama or hate. The more experienced for the job can actually bring the change they are both talking about.

    • So really Joyce, are you a McCain supporter or just an Obama hater?? Or maybe you're just plain racist and don't want a black man in the White House? Or maybe they are one and the same since McCain can't win on his own platform he has to resort to name calling and disinformation....

Tell me, why should I vote for McCain? Why do you support McCain? (please answer without referring to Obama if you can)

    • He's already said that he is willing to pay the taxes from his own tax proposal. You stupid die-hard-republicans are taking this "spread the wealth" comment way way out of context... seriously it's becoming quite ridiculous. It was in context of taxes and now we have you dipshits saying Obama's going to take all you're belongings and money and give it away... that's simply not true!

I can smell the desperation and it's sickening!
