This video contains numerous clips collected from the year 2000 through approximately 2006. I hope it will refresh your memory as to how the minds of many of the republicans in power have worked and the types of strategies used and games they have played. As a rule they believe it is okay to do what ever it takes to accomplish what they desire. Essentially, they believe it is okay to beg, cheat, steal, connive, fix, buy, rig, deceive, lie, or intimidate by instilling fear.

The purpose of this post is to have you examine the past and see how history repeats itself. Have you noticed as of late how John McCain's and Sarah Palin's campaign have defaulted to similar tactics used by the Bush administration. It is not working as well as it did in the past two elections but none the less it is working.

    • Promise me people, that you will do something November 5th in protest if the election is actually rigged. I personally make the pledge, here and now, to take this to my local City Hall and make my voice heard as loudly as possible. I promise to cause civil unrest, disrupt daily activity, and piss off the minority in my way as I do my best to make sure that the person who won the popular vote gets in to office.
      The voice of the populace needs to be obeyed.
      If they know we wont stand up and demand it, like we didn't do in 2000, they will indeed get away with the final stake in the heart of Democracy. If we stand up and make some REAL noise, noise they can't turn off, they will have to pay attention. Be that noise! I promise to have your back, at least in Portland Oregon. if you don't get off your computer and get mad in the streets, you have no right to say you even tried, imo. Don't just sit there, DO SOMETHING.

    • it's so funny that even though it's totally obvious that obama will win if they don't rig it, they will indeed rig it, and they will get away with it.

      and all of us sat here like idiots watching the farce, while they were behind the scenes ripping up environmental protection laws, starting new wars, stealing billions of dollars 'to bail out the financiers' (ha ha yeah right) and passing all kinds of depraved surveillance bills.

      it amazes me that they can get the whole country -- nay the whole world -- focused on campaign fluff and trash while they put the planet down the incinerator hole and our history and freedoms down the memory hole...

      Every case of voter fraud and acorn crap has come from the left. Republicans would rather lose an election than to cheat and lose our freedom of election. The democrats have aligned themselves with so many radical groups they have lost all integrity. Most liberals don't even know that democrats are for big gov. All republicans know this and want small gov.

      Your really think the jihadists would take bribes from our troops? You have no idea what is happening there and our interests in prolonging this war. Leave that to the pro's and thank u.s. later! All evil dictatorships and communist countries will see changes very soon. Without control of the media they cannot continue.
