This is awesome. As someone who lives a pretty international life, I totally get the weird space that we as Americans have been in while representing our country abroad during the last eight years. And then, all in one night, the whole vibe of that space changed completely. It was emotional and kind of unbelievable. I'm amazed you even held it together that well once the results were in. Excellent work both on this pod and in life.

I heard that the internet was a major factor in Obama's victory. I think you can see why in this vid. So it's got history/epoch-making political strategies -- and a party in Beijing. What, what.

If you couldn't participate in this last election from abroad, with internet news and absentee ballots, I might have moved back to the US. Nowadays, because of technology, democracy is really becoming more democratic!

Its really nice to get a link to a video that after you watch it you feel good. I haven't seen many videos that capture the true essence of the energy instilled in people. You captured that quite well and are truly a young, talented individual. Good Job!

I've been working in Hebei province all week, and when I say I'm American, many of the local people I meet ask me if I voted. When I say I did, and I voted for Obama, it's a positive reaction pretty much every time. Many say they think it's good that he's young, and they hope America won't fight more wars.

Because it shows the whole world is celebrating!

The election was such a head trip, I can tell it's going to take months to process. But in this video, you discovered something essential about the whole experience. Maybe it was that cheer in the bar jumping a few extra decibels when it really hit people what had just happened. I look forward to revisiting it, in the coming weeks and years from now.
