I think some of your points are totally valid. Barak may NOT be the agent of change that everyone for some reason expected him to be. I don't know if I blame just the liberals though. It's a broken system. Real issues don't get addressed by the mainstream media, and when they are not near enough emphasis is put on it. Because of this Americans remain complacent... too complacent to do anything about it. There are a few of us that exchange ideas and do our homework on what's really going on, but we're in a marginalized minority that are portrayed as insane shut-ins wearing tin foil hats. If America wakes up from it's cable news slumber and starts giving a quarter of a f*ck about the desecration of our constitution as we give to celebrity gossip, I'm afraid it will be to late. The people in power have been planning this out in a most organized manner since at least the fall of Napoleon. We have a lot of catching up to do to get back in the ball game, and divide and conquer seems to be their game plan. It's a two party dictatorship. One side does what the other side "morally" can't, but everything that the bourgoise wants done gets done piece by piece.

I am NOT into politics. This last election brought a lot of the values and issues that are important to me into the forefront of my world.
I think it is time to defend Americas democratic way of life. I just noticed it has been chipped away over the last two decades.
The political world is now part of my world...but I still hate politics. - 3 years ago

I think what is happening in politics is interesting and also scary. There's so much corruption and lying. Any way even though I watch I also hate politics and I also hate many politicians like the whole Congress and the recent President and Vice President.

I don't know about weak and useless. Maybe he was going for humor and you were hoping for blood.
He has a couple good points:
1. Obama isn't very liberal, as much as we've tried to convince ourselves
2. Being a liberal and being a Democrat are two different things. We should treat them as such.
3. If we really want to see BIG change in this country, we need to vote for the BIG change candidate. Not the one we think will win.

This is hollow. I could turn this argument around and point out the same type of things about conservatives but, since this type of rhetoric is hollow I won't waste our time. Oh what the hell, If you don't mind I'll indulge myself with just a few observations I've made of those Republican government controlling Conservative guys. I'll try to make it brief and painless for you conservative radio comedians who earn your living attracting Liberals but don't seem to observe the sad realities concerning your Conservative Republican Constitution wrecking machine. I've noticed how certain politicians, take Nixon and Bush for example, owned up to their Presidential responsibilities by trashing the decency and integrity of their office, (OK I'll throw Clinton in because if I don't you will). I've noticed how our honorable congressman made their Pres proud by wearing the souls of their shoes out running up Capitol Hill to vote for deregulation for those big, big business guys, (Yea yea we know, deregulation is good because those gloated big business guys need it in order to stay big gloated big business guys.I've noticed how our environmental crises has been ignored because those big, big business guys told their faithful lawmaker friends that that's also good to do. I've noticed how a message was delivered from up there on high by example for politicians everywhere, telling them that there's really no need for bothering with unimportant things such as honesty and ethics. . . .or that scary stuff those crazy Liberals keep calling global warming. I could go on and on and on but I won't. It's like those crazy Liberal supporters said as they marched their winning Obama to the White House, "Enough is enough."

This video is bs:
Liberals *are* voting for those candidates. The thing this guy doesn't seem to grasp is that conservatives are more powerful in the Democratic Party leadership than the liberals are. Moreover, the largest part of Democratic voters tend to vote center to center-right. That's why candidates with those leanings get nominated. Yes, there is a vocal liberal minority in this country. Their message gets out because, well, it actually makes a lot of sense. However they are still in the minority. - 3 years ago
